Fire Doors
WHAT WE DO
Professional inspection and servicing of fire doors to identify defects, verify correct operation and help ensure critical fire and smoke barriers remain compliant and ready to perform in an emergency.
WHAT IS FIRE DOOR SERVICING?
Fire doors are an important part of a building’s passive fire protection system. They are designed to help contain fire and smoke within designated areas, protecting evacuation routes and slowing the spread of fire throughout a building.

Regular fire door inspection and servicing helps identify defects that could prevent a door from performing as intended during an emergency. This includes checking the door leaf, frame, hardware, seals, clearances and self-closing operation.

Fire doors are inspected and serviced against applicable Australian fire safety requirements, including relevant requirements of AS 1851 and AS 1905.1, with identified defects documented to support ongoing compliance and maintenance.
